House Sale
This is the second time I have used Meaby & Co, previously used them for the Grant of Probate process for my late mums' estate.
We finally found a buyer for our property. We did not want to use Estate agent solicitors, as they are never good, and estate agents always get a referral fee, so they always want to use them.
I reached back out to Meaby & Co and was introduced to Rachael and her team. What a breath of fresh air to deal with a Solicitor who returns calls and replies to emails. Rachael and the team have been excellent in chasing the other solicitor, keeping me up to date, and managing to get the whole process resolved in a couple of months.
I cannot recommend Rachael and team highly enough 6 out 5 stars>

Conveyancing solicitor review
As a first time buyer, I was completely new to the home buying and legal process. Rachael from the beginning was informative and friendly, making sure to check in almost every week to keep me informed throughout. She was personable and has made what was a very stressful process easier to manage. We had a lot of difficulties throughout (no fault of myself or Rachael) but she was persistent in getting results needed to move forward. Danielle who I also had some contact with was lovely. Professional & efficient service

We recently completed and moved into our first home. We had been advised when choosing a solicitor to ask around in order to try and find a good reliable solicitor. One friend recommended Meaby and Co and we are so happy we went with them. Rachael was absolutely fantastic. As first time buyers we were anxious and unfamiliar with the process. Rachael guided us through every step and was very reassuring and patient. She answered all of our questions and was extremely responsive and prompt with her replies. She was very organised, kept us informed all the way and her friendly demeanour made the experience stress-free. Even when she was off one day her colleague promptly replied to a non urgent query which shows the level of care and attention received from the whole team.
