Dawn dealt with our house sale. She was extremely efficient and thorough and I felt very well guided throughout. Dawn made it clear I could contact her at any point for explanation or support. My house sale was due to divorce and she was on hand to provide additional support on one occasion when I was feeling pressured by the estate agent. We were pleased at every stage of the buying and selling process provided by Dawn Verney ( and in her holiday absence) by her backup team .
She was efficient , effective , professional , informative , gave sound advice at every stage of the process and consequently relieved us of the many stresses usually experienced when buying and selling .

The transaction took much longer than I anticipated, but I think that was mostly due to the inactivity of the managing agents rather than solicitors on both sides. Dawn appeared to be 'on the case throughout.

Dawn was excellent in dealing with my first time buying a house. She was quick, efficient and thorough, and answered any questions I had (of which there were many, since it was my first time), with accuracy and politeness. While slightly more expensive than other solicitors, it was well worth the money and there were no delays or stressed caused due to our side, making the whole process seamless and smooth. Dawn was very accommodating of my holiday timetables and kept all stakeholders updated as and when there were updates, which all appreciated. 10/10, would recommend Dawn and will use her for any future transactions if she is available!
