sale of property
It was a bit of a long haul due to circumstances beyond the solicitor's control, however the conveyancing itself was dealt with very professionally and I was kept up to date throughout the process.

Transfer of estate
Sam recently processed Transfer of Estate for myself from my deceased mother. His total commitment and professional attitude to all aspects were very much appreciated in this time of grief. Sam processed the paperwork so quickly that I was very surprised. He and his team kept me updated at every stage so that I didn't feel the need to keep asking for updates.
