Emma was brilliant
We approached Emma seeking assistance with the administration of my late father’s estate. The estate comprised a family home, several bank accounts, a portfolio of stocks, and various personal effects. The firm was appointed as the executor in my father’s will. During the initial consultation with Emma, we reviewed the will and discussed the probate process. Emma expressed concerns about the complexity of the estate, particularly the stock portfolio and potential tax implications. She outlined the steps involved, including obtaining the Grant of Probate, valuing the estate, paying any debts and taxes, and distributing the remaining assets. The probate process was completed efficiently and within a reasonable timeframe. I was relieved to have professional guidance throughout, particularly with the complex aspects of the estate. We received our inheritances as outlined in the will, and all legal and tax obligations were satisfied. I want to express my gratitude for the support and expertise provided by Aristone Solicitors. I truly appreciated the transparency and regular updates, which gave me peace of mind during a difficult time.

Excellent
I approached Aristone due to worries about how my families probate solicitor was conducting business over my fathers affairs. After speaking with Mari, she gave me an emergency appointment with Emma.
Emma was fantastic, she gave me great advice, put me at ease and also pointed out several things that were of concern and advised me on what my next steps should be and what I must make sure is done before probate was signed over to legally protect myself.
She was then still in touch afterwards to offer extra advice and guidance whilst the matter was ongoing.
I cannot recommend Aristone highly enough.
