I used Sian Thomas and Daughter in 2013 to buy. The service was great then so used them again for our recent house sale and purchase. Again, couldn’t be happier. My sale and purchase was dealt with by Stephanie and she was always answering my emails promptly and explaining things that I couldn’t understand (which was frequently). Would also like to mention Beverley and Rachel in the latter stages of the process to get the sale and purchase over the line. Thank you all. From start to finish (11 months) you have always been there to help us. Would definitely recommend.
