Buy to let completion
Liam was superb throughout the whole process. He picked up on an issue with the garage that came with the property we purchase that the sellers solicitor wasn't even aware of. Liam kept us aware of the process at every stage throughout the buying procedure. We'd highly recommend Liam.

Liam Harris and Heidi Barr
Liam & Heidi were excellent during my conveyancing process. They were always just a call or an email away. It was my first time both buying and selling and they made the experience so smooth considering we had problems in our chain and keeping us fully updated on the legal side all the way through. Speed, efficiency and communication is on a lot of people’s tick lists when it comes to choosing a solicitor and I can say that Liam and Heidi tick all the boxes!

Conveyancing
Liam and his team listened and worked empathetically, moving towards a very comfortable and speedy completion. Five Star Service
The circumstances of this property purchase were very unhappy- the Vendors were selling as a result of a suicide in the family and wanted to proceed as quickly as possible.
I cannot thank Liam and Heidi enough for their kind and prompt attention and I was probably not the easiest client to deal with!

House sale and purchase
Our purchase was not without problems but Liam Harris made it as easy as he could for us. He always went the extra mile and kept us informed, thank you for that Liam.

House Sale & House Purchase
