Kerry Radmore and team (Sophie and Emily) were very professional and friendly throughout the conveyancing process of purchasing my first property. As a first time buyer I had a lot of silly questions at times but Kerry and her team were very approachable and prompt at responding to these by phone and email. Their knowledge and communication made the whole process straightforward and easy to navigate even through some minor bumps such as requiring indemnity cover. As I had minimal knowledge on this Kerry took the time to make a phone call and explain/answer questions which was greatly appreciated. I was informed of what was happening at each step. Would highly recommend. Thank you!
