I've used Charles Coleman for +25 years and I'm still using them today, so they must be good.
The whole team including Nathan and Shelli are always very helpful, prompt & keep everything as simple as possible which helps keep the costs to a minimum.
They are Simply First Class with reasonable charges.

I cannot recommend Nathan and his team at Charles Coleman more highly.
I used Nathan in 2018 to sell my property and buy my new house and he was fantastic, I was so impressed that I knew he was perfect to help me to sell and buy with again.
From start to finish Nathan and his team went above and beyond to ensure my sale and respective purchase went through, when at times they had many hoops to jump through and obstacles in the way, but they were exceptional and were so proactive and on hand every step of the way to help me secure both the selling of my home and with the purchasing my new house.
So efficient and professional but more than that too, as my personal situation was very tricky they were so kind, patient and could not have been more compassionate.
I can never express how grateful I am for their guidance and advice along a difficult journey, this is a firm that cares, they take time to advise and help each individual situation and are so hands on throughout making even the most challenging of times smooth sailing.

A Year of Pure Effort!
I lost my Mother last year, almost exactly 12 months ago, and decided to sell her flat. The legal Team were excellent in putting me at my ease and giving me advice. In summary, this office did a lease extension, probate and flat sale for me. It has been a long process, many legal hurdles and delays, I cannot tell you! In fact it felt like they were sharing the frustrations and ups and downs. Happy to conclude my business with them, but I will be back. Many many thanks

Professional, personable, persistent.
We delayed our house sell with a one year gap but Coleman’s picked up the baton and made progress as soon as the we gave them a new instruction making the legal process as smooth as possible. There was always someone promptly there to help if we ever needed it and although the exchange took several attempts, due to matters outside our control, they were persistent and ready every time.
