Josie qualified as a solicitor in August 2013 and is a member of the Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence team. Having graduated in History and Politics in Manchester, Josie studied for a PGCE at the University of Cambridge. She then taught for six years at a primary school near Maidstone before joining the Corporate & Commercial team at CWJ as a paralegal in August 2008. She studied the Graduate Diploma in Law at the College of Law before completing the LPC and graduated with an LLB in summer 2012. Josie, now a senior lawyer in the Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence team, has experience in a variety of cases involving road traffic accidents, occupiers’ liability, psychiatric injury, medical negligence and criminal injuries. Within her first year in the department she was successful at trial.
