Not good enough
When selling your property you have to engage a solicitor by law, this doesn't mean that solicitor is 'entitled' to your custom and can therefore act in an unattentive way. It seems the art of communication is completely lost with this firm. The only verbal contact was from someone calling to take an initial deposit and at the end after completion. Emails were sent requesting forms to be filled without explanation (which is exactly why I need a solicitor!) and updates on progress were far and few. The whole process was clearly dealt with someone junior and there lack of attention is only a reflection on the 'lawyer' above them who gave zero communication. The invoice then included multiple extra fees which were unexplained. the whole process was so arduous that I haven't even bothered to chase this.

Brilliant company, known to the family to be very reliable. Navjit and Molly made the house buying process very smooth and communicated very well with myself and my partner during the purchase process. No hidden costs. Lovely speedy completion by Molly
