Home purchase
Welcoming and professional at all times. Easy to understand every part of information given. Always kept upto date throughout the proceedings. Not just Joanne Patten but also Angela Walker and all the reception team been helpful.

Bungalow
Joe and Angela kept me up to date with what was going on All questions answered for me. Very friendly and all staff on desk very friendly too. So yes would recommend Sills and Betteridge again to every one.

Lovely Experience
The Staff at Sills and Betteridge were so helpful. This was my first time selling and I am a very anxious person who gets easily overwhelmed. Jo and the Team were always so helpful and patient, helping me through all of the steps that I found confusing, making sure I understood everything I was going through. I honestly couldnt recommend them enough

Great Team, Fabulous service
What firstly appeared to be a simple, chain free purchase, did in fact turn into 8 months of in depth requirements. The continued efforts from Jo and her Team eventually got our purchase to completion. With regular updates to keep us in the picture. Thankyou to all involved once again.

Excellent communication and proficiency
We bought our first home with Joanne in 2019. She was superb. Nothing was too much trouble, she explained things very clearly and she was on the ball for everything. The reason I'm leaving this review now, is because I've reached out to contact Joanne as we are looking at buying and selling again and I realised I didn't leave a review from my last experience.

Satisfaction guaranteed
Both the solicitor and her assistants were so helpful. We are not that good coping with lots of things on the computer, they were always available either seeing them or on the telephone.
