Sue Oswell
I cannot express how professional and helpful Sue was in dealing with the sale of our property.
She was always prompt at returning our phone calls/emails. Nothing was too much trouble. Her extensive knowledge of the legal process made the whole experience easier for us knowing we were in good hands. We have used many solicitors before on previous properties and can categorically say she has been the best and would never use anyone else.

Purchase of holiday home in record time
Sue Oswell of Josiah Hincks, who has conveyanced a number of properties for us over the last several years was superb in getting this purchase through in a little over a month, allowing us to benefit from the reduced stamp duty, despite being under immense pressure. I would thoroughly recommend both Sue and Josiah Hincks.
