Extremely Professional & Empathetic
Callum was extremely professional and empathetic throughout this difficult process for us and he successfully steered it to a positive conclusion. An excellent communicator and process manager. Additionally we were impressed overall with the quality of service we received from Atkins Dellow and would certainly recommend to anyone looking for effective legal support.

Unlike Any Other
Working with Callum, Sarah and the team at Atkins Dellow was a shock. We've moved house so many times in the past and no matter how hard we tried to get our conveyancers, were left wondering what was going on, have they got it in-hand, are they actually doing anything to push this themselves or do I always have to be 'on them' etc.
With Callum and Sarah I was kept updated so much that I just didn't feel the need to worry about whether they had things in-hand. Callum was able to help us get a really tricky, close-to-the-mark move over the line too and I trusted every step of the way he was looking out for us. The move was also incredibly fast. Before we knew it, searches were fully back and all enquiries raised with him responding promptly back to our own buyers on their own enquiries.
I won't look anywhere else in the future for a conveyancer and team that I know will do a great job. Thank you so much!

Great service
Callum dealt with our separate sale and purchase. He was always a pleasure to deal with; personable, available and responsive to questions and correspondence. We were particularly grateful for his proactive work on our behalf when other solicitors and agents in the chain were being frustrating. Would use again and recommend.

Callum has been intelligent, persistent, friendly, attentive, adaptable and thorough, particularly in the face of resistance from his opposite number. He has kept us apprised of every development and advised of every conceivable risk or liability, without subjecting us to acronym overload or excessive jargon. When we've had any confusion he's been quick to clarify. Callum has put in a lot of hard work to meet deadlines. He has also been responsive and communicative when urgent queries or unexpected developments have arisen. He has been polite and accommodating even when our emerging needs have created more work for him.

Conveyancing
Callum was always very polite, professional and available to explain anything I didn't understand during the process of the sale and purchase of my property. I am now living in the home I have always hoped for and am very happy. His colleagues were also very helpful whenever I called in his absence; he always returned my calls quickly and was able to act upon my queries and requests. I wish him all the very best in his career.
