I am a solicitor in the Commercial Litigation Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. I also assist the Wills and Probate Team with contentious matters. I have experience in a wide range of civil litigation cases, including: contractual disputes director and shareholder disputes contentious probate property litigation; and debt recovery I also have a background in other areas of law, including employment; corporate and commercial; and wills and probate, this has given me a good understanding across the board. In my practice I always take a commercial and pragmatic approach, and consider my clients' objectives throughout every matter.
