Buying my first home
My conveyancer Stephan Peiris conducted a professional service enabling me to purchase my property. It was my first time buying so difficult to compare to others, from my experience Stephan was very competent and able to see the purchase through to completion as promised. If and when I got a little anxious he assured me that completion would be achieved by my desired date and he did just that. Thank you Stephan.

Sale if house
All went well. Stephan at Smart Legal was always there for a phone call if we were unsure if anything. Rest of process was done online. All there for you to view on Hoowla
Would definitely use them again.

Easy process for house

Excellent service throughout - I highly recommend this firm
I was absolutely delighted with the service provided throughout the sale of my property - from the very beginning Stephan (and then Sanudi when he was away) gave clear advice, were pro-active, efficient and highly communicative so I always knew what was happening. At the end when our buyer dragged their feet, they were very tenacious in chasing them and ensuring we got the sale completed ahead of the deadline set by the budget. I would recommend them to anyone.
