Rebecca was professional throughout and able to navigate around particularly difficult and emotional situations, keeping my best interests at the heart of her work throughout. She was approachable, non-judgemental, understanding and always able to contact her when required. She did not rise to the bait from the other party and was able to see past their untruths.
