After completing my degree, I began working within Residential Conveyancing in 2022 and found that I really enjoyed this area. My experience lies in sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, remortgage and transfers of equity. I am most interested in the complex and unusual transactions and finding solutions to their challenges. I started at Aquabridge Law in May 2024 and look forward to working on many more of these specialist matters and to a long career in Residential Property.

Exceptional
Over the last 2 years Charlotte, and latterly Emily, had the patience of a saint! With the current market situation, there have been many ups and downs and 'nearlys' but throughout, everything was dealt with the utmost professionalism. We would not have got the sale over the line without such skill and tenancity. The sale followed a family bereavement and the guidance, attention to detail, kindness, compassion, patience and advice shown to us were second to none. We are so very grateful.
