Poonam gained experience in Family Law at a high street firm in Leicestershire and has remained local to the area. Poonam qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 and has represented clients from all over the UK. Poonam is Resolution Accredited in cases relating to Domestic Abuse and Private Law Children Act proceedings. She has a particular interest in complex Children Act proceedings. Poonam has experience in dealing with financial remedy work, seeking to achieve a fair settlement through negotiation, rather than litigation. Poonam has experience in a broad range of Family Law matters including cohabitation, separation, Pre and Post-Nuptial Agreements and Pet disputes.
