Luke is a solicitor in our Corporate and Commercial team. Luke graduated from Swansea University in 2021, achieving an LLB (Hons). Upon graduating, Luke joined Wolferstans in July 2021, studying the LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law part-time alongside his role at the firm. Luke started his training contract with us in 2022 and qualified as a solicitor in 2024. Throughout his training contract he gained invaluable experience across various areas of corporate and commercial law including business sales and purchases, corporate agreements and commercial contracts. Luke prides himself on being able to build successful and long-term relationships with his corporate clients by adopting a pro-active approach with meticulous attention to detail to successfully navigate the often-intricate nature of corporate transactions. In his spare time, Luke has a keen interest in all types of sport most notably football, rugby and cricket. Luke is an Arsenal fan and often visits the Emirates to watch them. Luke also enjoys going to the gym, skiing and socialising with friends.

Legal Due Diligence for commercial client
Excellent experience as always. Luke was great at keeping me up to date throughout the process and let me know clear timelines. Thorough job completed in great detail and exactly what was needed from the bank. Speedy turnaround due to urgent completion timescales which was greatly appreciated by the bank and the customer.

Professional, courteous and sage advice
Gareth White, Sam, Luke and Miles dealt with our case. From the very beginning through to the end they fully supported us. Sale of Blaster Master Ltd
From start to finish Josh, Luke and Jasmine were communicative, extremely professional and incredibly supportive. I would regularly be in contact with Luke to have something explained or clarified and he always did that with good grace, understanding AND patience! It never felt like a chore. Professional with excellent customer care & communication
We sold our large family run business through Joshua Chauhan and his team at Wolferstans. From our very first meeting through to completion their dedicated and professional approach gave us the confidence we had made the right choice. During the entire transaction we were kept updated and informed and nothing was missed. Joshua's attention to detail and dedication, along with his teams hard work made the whole process much easier than we anticipated.
