I used Hallmark Hulme for selling my home and couldn't fault them. Exceptional service. Kirsty was our point of contact and she was always prompt at responding and very helpful when I had any questions. I will definitely be using Hallmark Hulme again and will reccomend them to friends.

Incredible service from Kirsty.
I recently used Kirsty to act on my behalf as my solicitor. I cannot put into words how valuable she was during the buying process. Incredibly professional, considerate and knowledgeable in her field. My buying process was incredibly straightforward and stress free due to the support and guidance of Kirsty. If I ever needed to buy or sell a property again, I would not instruct anyone else. Top class service, from a top class professional.

Purchase conveyance
Very positive experience. Quick to respond, simple to deal with and value for money. Kirsty seemed very thorough and pointed out the legal issues/pitfalls but was also happy to discuss things with a level of risk/reward and pragmatism to get the purchase through. I felt well guided on the things to hold out for and things that were lower risk and could be let go. I was enabled to make informed decisions with items explained in a relatively plain English manner (I’ve had the misfortune to deal with many solicitors in my career and not all are like this and prefer to make themselves look clever by bamboozling their clients). The seller’s solicitor seemed slow to respond at times and it seemed that Kirsty did what she could to push them. I would not hesitate to use them and Kirsty again.

Fantastic, efficient service
Kirsty was absolutely amazing throughout the process in both selling our home and our onward purchase. She guided us through every step and always went the extra mile. Communication was great and the speed and efficiency in which she dealt with all of our enquiries made a very stressful process much easier. Thank you so much Kirsty!
