Exceptional Work - Thank you Ailidh!
Ailidh Ballantyne was assigned to manage my late brother’s Will and estate administration. Without question, she is a consummate professional!
Ailidh was clear, concise and timely in all communications and her attention to detail is to be commended. She was also compassionate, and her care and empathy for the loss of my brother meant a great deal to me.
My brother was deliberate and thorough when making important choices and decisions. He would be proud of how Scullion Law and Ailidh managed his estate and the fulfillment of his final wishes.

Where there’s a will, it’s your way
Ailidh was a guest speaker this afternoon at Strathaven Trinity Guild meeting. It was a very interesting and informative presentation and thoroughly appreciated by the members in attendance (approx 40). She was a very engaging presenter and dealt with lots of questions - the most any previous speaker received. She explained the laws affecting wills and powers of attorney in a way that everyone understood and gave some potential scenarios which everyone appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend Ailidh to any organisation - her friendly, enthusiastic and engaging manner was appreciated by everyone attending. A very successful afternoon.

We recently consulted with Ailidh regarding the preparation of a will and the establishment of a power of attorney. From the very beginning, we were impressed by her professionalism and her extensive knowledge of family law. Although we initially had concerns about the process, Ailidh quickly alleviated them by attentively listening to our unique family and business circumstances before thoroughly discussing the available options. She addressed all our questions comprehensively, instilling confidence in us. As a result, we are now in the process of implementing the various components of our plan.

First Class
I met with Ailidh in relation to making a will and setting up a power of attorney. I had concerns about this process, however they vanished immediately. Ailidh put my mind at ease – she is polite, personable, patient, and 100% professional! Ailidh addressed all my questions and filled me with confidence. I was so impressed and had no hesitation in giving her the green light to proceed.

Fantastic Timely Service
I completed a form online within 10 minutes I had a phone call to make an appointment. I had an appointment with Ailidh Ballantyne who explained how the process would work, she was very informative and has kept in contact over the past few days to ensure that I know what I was needing to complete.

Empathetic and reasonable.
I am dealing with a bereavement and Ailidh was so lovely to speak with. She listened with compassion and understood what kind of assistance we were seeking.
