If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been unfortunate enough to have to deal with this firm in three separate areas in the past year - conveyancing (AJ), easements (RB) and divorce (CH). Whilst I am not rating the extent of their legal knowledge and expertise, their ability to perform legal services has been astoundingly poor.

The easements process has taken over 44 months to be resolved, with mistakes made by the respective solicitor which were immediately dismissed as 'not a mistake' and not acknowledging fault. I would have raised a formal complaint to get this resolved but feared that this would delay the process further. In addition to this the cost of completing the easements has meant a doubling of the costs associated with the whole process.


In summary extremely poor service, slow communications and a degree of inaccuracy and incompetence. The only saving grace is that I will never have to deal with this company again.
