Sale of home , great communication throughout
I sold my house and Tinsdills handled all the solicitor side of things. They were very efficient and the online proof of ID, TA6 and TA10 form filling in made it very easy to follow. I got a nominated person and their assistant which made it more personal and both were extremely knowledgeable.
In addition, the many questions i had , were all answered with an hour or so - very quick and detailed responses throughout.
The biggest plus for me was Tinsdills patience in explaining things to me and taking the time to explain in non solicitor speak so that i could understand clearly.
I have always dealt with Tinsdills as they did my Dad's probate efficiently as well; and the sale of my house was no different.
I certainly, would highly recommend them.
