Sale of my deceased Fathers property
Hannah Knight dealt with the sale of my late Fathers property. We found Hannah provided an excellent service, she was very helpful and sympathetic at a distressing time. Hannah Knight
I have recently dealt with Hannah in the selling of my late fathers house. Obviously it’s been a very traumatic time for myself and my sister. Hannah was very re assuring and always kept me up to date as soon as she heard from the other party. Without doubt when buying my next property Hannah will be the first person I contact, she is absolutely brilliant and I can imagine a huge asset for the company!

Brilliant Service
We dealt with Hannah Knight as our conveyancer when buying a UK property in order to relocate from Guernsey. She was brilliant and knew all about the different stamp duty rates etc . We would definitely use her again for any future property purchases.

Extremely Efficient
We dealt with Hannah Knight at the St Austell office for our recent property purchase. The situation was more complicated than normal because we were relocating from Guernsey to mainland UK so stamp duty rates etc would be different. She was absolutely brilliant, answering emailed queries quickly and doing everything she could to facilitate our move happening in the timescale we needed. Highly recommend.
