Quick, comprehensive, and friendly.
We chose Pepperells for conveyancing of the purchase of our first home, and couldn't have had a better experience.
Previously we had a purchase fall through and used a different firm who we found to be slow to make progress, unwelcoming, and with very opaque communication.
By contrast, the whole team at Pepperells were great to deal with. Munya was lighting fast, communicative and receptive, and managed to get the purchase signed and sealed in 3 months from our first enquiry.
The service was night and day from what we had experience previously and I will absolutely return to Pepperells for any legal matters going forward.
