When asked about the attributes that make her able to help her clients obtain the best outcome, Keri-Anne feels that the most important areas are having effective communication skills, completing work for clients in a timely manner and having attention to detail at all times. She prides herself on being able to assess what communication style will best meet an individual clients needs and adapt her style accordingly to help them understand, what can be very complex issues. She also believes that being efficient is imperative to ensure that clients feel they are being provided with the best possible service and being responded to quickly. Keri-Anne’s passion for family law stems from a desire to make sure that her client’s voice is heard. She says that; “it is an unbelievable feeling when your client achieves what they wanted at the end of a case and when they provide you with great feedback.”
