Pickerings have been our Solicitors for over 30 years acting on a personal level and also for our business. We have had no cause for complaint or concern until recently when they were acting for us on a very contentious litigation matter. At a crucial stage we were 'dumped' without warning or reason. The day before we had contact with the solicitor dealing with this and there was no mention of anything wrong. Then less than 24 hrs later we had a phone call saying they could no longer act for us. They refuse to give us a reason so have had no alternative but to refer them to the Legal Ombudsman. We are devastated! This has had such a traumatic impact on our lives!
