We used Lockings for our house purchase, we are now in the process of selling with them.
Adele was our conveyancer and she has been nothing short of fantastic. We have never had to chase her, she's so proactive and very professional. Edward who is also in her team was very helpful with the deed wording and prompt replies. Sam was great too when Adele was on leave. They have a team of very knowledgeable and experienced professionals behind them, so much so that the sellers solicitors seemingly relied on them too.
Whilst their fees may be a touch more than other conveyancers, they offer a no completion no fee service. Also, paying a bit more to ensure a smooth process with conveyancers you can trust in what is considered one of the most stressful phases of your life is 100% worth it.
I honestly cannot recommend Adele and her team enough. They are extremely competent, reassuring and proactive.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
We used Locking for both out purchase and sale, they were very helpful.
There pricing is also very good, and the service you get is A1
They contacted us and kept us up to date with through every step.
The staff are very friendly, and knowledgeable.
