Absolutely amazing service
We were recommended to use Herrington Carmichael by the developers we were purchasing from, and we are glad we took up the recommendation. We had a reasonably lengthy chain and were under pressure to complete quickly. The service we received from all members of the team was excellent. Things were actioned quickly, communication was excellent and they persevered even when there were difficulties. We would definitely recommend them to others.

We were kept fully updated and all our undertakings have been professional , timely and efficient , We had challenges with not getting clear advice , as people without a legal background and doing this for the first time we struggled with some legal terms which were not simplified to make it easy for us to understand and to assist us in decision making , we struggled making decisions regarding our purchase despite numerous requests we couldn't get some of the legal jargon simplified to us and we didn't get advice upon requests , we were just required to make uninformed decisions as our requests for advice were turned down . But finally everything went through smooth though .
