I recently used Howells Solicitors at Rotherham to deal with all the legal matters when selling one house and buying another. My solicitor was Tina Staves and I cannot recommend her too highly, she was excellent in every way. She deals with every detail quickly but thoroughly, leaving nothing to chance. She is really friendly and pleasant to deal with and is very efficient. She is excellent at her job. I have dealt with many solicitors over the years and Tina was the best by far. I would recommend her to everyone if they want a good job completed without fuss. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. Her assistant Jessica Carnell was also really good, very friendly and helpful.

Great Service from Jessica in overseeing the transfer of my home
Having Howells overseeing the transfer of my property took the worry and stress away from the whole process. Jessica made sure that this went smoothly and that everything was in place before the transfer went ahead.

Buying my first home
Tina and jess have been brilliant throughout the process made it really easy for me to understand for a first time buyer, excellent communication between both person's when needed help. Would recommend and be using again in the future.

1 Larch Avenue
Tina and Jess were both really lovely and helpful when we were buying our first property.
Some things I didn’t understand but they were both very helpful and understanding, they always kept us updated with new information and very approachable. We would definitely use Tina and Jess again.

Great Service
Tina and Jessica have been a wonderful help with my house move!
They have been very fast to reply to all my questions and helped me with everything.

Good experience
Tina (and Jessica!) sorted out our house purchase for us. Overall they were really good, and did their best when other things tried to slow it down! An incorrect bill was produced at the end of it, but was quickly sorted out. Thanks again!
