A completely caring professional approach
I was recommended this company by a charitable group, to potentially assist with my negligence claim. I first spoke with Julie, face to face and I had a very good idea about how and where they could assist within half an hour of speaking with her. Having very little knowledge of the law regarding negligence, I felt very comfortable in making my decision to go with Boyce Turner as I felt very informed from the start. I was assigned Vanessa as my solicitor. I couldn't have asked for a more understanding, caring and professional person. Vanessa has a great approach, is very patient and understanding.
Vanessa helped me get the most out of my statements, assisted with walking thru everything step by step with me. I never felt I misunderstood or didn't understand what was being said or done, as everything was always explained to me. Nothing felt rushed, I never felt like I was forced or persuaded and everything revolved around myself and my wellbeing. Vanessa's also has a lovely email style, although this is her job, I still felt the emails were personalised to me, rather than blanket copy paste sections of text, they showed genuine concern and empathy.
The specialists that Boyce Turner work with are very respected individuals. They are leading experts in their field and through conference calls, I saw how well they gelled with Vanessa to help build my case.
To summarise, Boyce Turner would be the first place I would turn to or advise people to speak to, regarding medical negligence. A very caring yet professional company, who do their up most to assist with your case. I couldn't have asked for a better service.

Professional and caring
This has been a horrendous time for us, losing our daughter and then losing her husband but Boyes Turner have been our rock through it all and helped us to carry on and take care of our daughter’s two girls. They were very understanding and professional

Won medical negligence (meningitis-left with amputations)
I won my case with the help of boyes turner.
Prior to doing my research and finding boyes turner I tried a different company that you see advertised on the telly for medical negligence, they said that defendant did everything correctly and left it as that but I knew that wasn’t right, I continued to try other companies but they didn’t want to know. I then researched company’s that can specialise in meningitis medical negligence and that’s when I found this company.
From the get go they was absolutely amazing and Julie was assigned to my case.
Julie is an amazing woman, I could contact her as and when I needed/wanted and she was always on hand to help clarify or break down anything that I didn’t understand, she was always happy to answer my questions. If Julie wasn’t in the office her team was also on hand to help with anything I needed. Always guaranteed a fast response.
My case was ongoing through the pandemic which made it difficult to go out as see specialist but Julie and her team was working very hard to make meetings happen and organised alternative ways to make it them happen i.e zoom etc.
All the people I’ve come across throughout my case have been so lovely.
They all want the best out come for you and get the competition you deserve.

Gratitude

Amazing service
From the first contact with Boyes Turner, I have received a professional, compassionate and first rate service. Cauda equina settlement
Julie marsh and her team have made a very distressing and stressful process much less pain less she has explained every part of the process in way that I can understand and not just in legal speak I can’t rate all of them highly enough
