Honor studied Law at the University of Sheffield and was awarded a first class degree. Honor then went onto complete her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Birmingham, achieving a distinction and winning the Family Law Prize. During her training contract, Honor was shortlisted by Birmingham Law Society for ‘Trainee Solicitor of the Year’. Shortly before qualifying, Honor was awarded ‘Future Face of Professional Services’ by Future Faces, Birmingham Chamber of Commerce. Honor is a Partner and is based primarily at our Knutsford office. Honor qualified in September 2015 and joined Maguire Family Law in March 2017. In addition to her practice as a Solicitor, Honor has also undertaken Mediation training with Resolution. Honor has specialised in family law since she qualified as a Solicitor and has extensive experience in advising clients in relation to divorce, financial matters, children matters, domestic abuse and the breakdown of relationships concerning cohabiting/unmarried couples. Honor adopts a sensitive, detailed and pragmatic approach with clients and is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for clients.
