Caseworker

I work as a Caseworker in the Child Care Department of Duncan Lewis Solicitors, having joined the firm in June 2022. I am based in the Croydon office supervised by Director, Emily Wright. I assist clients in making applications under S8 of the Children Act 1989. These include Child Arrangement Orders to spend time with their children, or for their children to live with them, Prohibited Steps Orders and Specific Issues Orders. I am also experienced in assisting clients with applications for Non-Molestation Orders and supporting clients through these proceedings. I often complete my own advocacy and represent clients in these applications myself.
