Excellent and Professional Service

Positive outcome
Rhian and team handled my issue efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. There were a few points that were important for them to handle sensitively and with a full understanding of some context, and they did that well. Overall communications could have been a bit better but overall I am very happy with the outcome. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
