My advice, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Mr Robin Stubbings is still working in the 1950's and is incompetent. He is chauvinistic, patronising and useless. Won't use email. If you use this firm you will do most of the work yourself. I have sent more repeated information to him over the past 12months for a probate case than I care to mention. The last straw was when his rude, and useless 'secretary' called me to ask for the details of my estate agent. The laugh? I gave Robin this info in November 2024 and HE ACTUALLY CALLED AND SPOKE TO HER AND SHE EMAILED HIM!!!! He shouldn't be practicing anymore and after numerous fines by the Law Society, for failings in probate cases, not paying people the money owed to them and over charging, should be struck off. He's charges are much higher than others, who I'm sure would be much quicker & more professional. I'll be looking to change solicitors soon and make a formal complaint in the future.

Not good or Professional from day 1. Very difficult to contact as the office has very restricted opening hours. His secretary is un helpful and rude.
