This review is for Deborah Mantell, who was responsible for the conveyancing of my leasehold flat. Deborah’s service was disappointing and I have had cause to complain about her work post sale on two separate matters. The first regarded the Declaration of Trust commissioned that resulted in ownership in excess of 100%, and the second an omission of documents as part of her Report on Title. On both occasions the firm have upheld my complaints. Avoid.

Amazing conveyancing solicitor!
Our experience with Deborah was seamless! We didn’t ever have to chase or correct anything, in fact, it was more the other way around as Deborah kept us updated every step of the way and explained anything we didn’t understand. The whole process was managed efficiently and we completed earlier than anticipated. I will be recommending GT Stewart and Deborah to anyone and everyone that will listen! Thanks again
