Solicitor at Cross Border Legal Limited Solicitors

Tito Mbariti

Solicitor - Owner | Director

SRA ID: 556417

The main reason I joined the profession was to help and advocate for peoples’ rights, especially those who don’t have a voice. Following Law School, I joined a local insurance firm in Kenya. I felt that this fell short of my objectives, as I acted in defence of insurance companies, hindering the rightful compensation of families, who had often suffered a loss in motor accidents. I longed to work in a role that would assist the less fortunate, minorities, and those fighting for justice against big corporations and governments.

Recommendation

5

After years trying to regulate my stay here in UK with different immigration law firms which mostly left me disappointed and short in cash, I finally came across, Cross Border Legal Solicitors via Facebook.

At first I was anxious due to my past experiences but when I spoke to Mr Tito Mbariti (solicitor) I was quickly under the impression that this man knew what he was talking about and he assured me what I had thought was impossible to achieve was attainable.

He, Mr Mbariti was a great listener, eloquent, patient and willing to work with the client as an equal. At no time did I feel patronised or undermined. He has excellent communication skills keeping you as a client updated with your case via emails, telephone calls and even whatsupp. He makes sure he returns your calls and emails.

Finally I did receive my leave to remain and am currently a very satisfied client looking forward to the future!

I would highly recommend this firm to anyone with immigration crisis.
