Excellent communication
Happy to recommend CTT law. Have always had great communication. It’s taken a long time to sort the deeds but understood this was a land registry issue and was kept well informed.

100% would recommend Emma!
From the get go Emma was always updating me on the progress, reassuring me throughout and letting me know exact dates on how long each thing would be and gave exact time scales. She was so kind and polite throughout it all and nothing was ever too much for her.
She would always pick up the phone and I felt really confident leaving my remortgage in the hands of Emma.
Can’t wait to use Emma again in the future for hopefully more house purchases.

House Sale
Excellent knowledge and communication from Emma regarding the sale of my mom’s property and handling the Trust proportion professionally.
Management company of the sheltered accommodation estate were especially difficult to satisfy but Emma managed to navigate her way through it .
