Easy experience overall
Recommended to use CTT Law as property was in trust. The conveyancing process was efficient and trouble free. Unfortunately the whole process took six months due to delays in the chain of sale which we at the end could do very little about. Emma at CTT Law acted professionally and effectively.

Excellent, empathetic service
Emma was very persistent in her efforts in supporting a tricky move. The difficulty was caused by issues outside our control and these were dealt with tenaciously and professionally.

Excellent communication
Happy to recommend CTT law. Have always had great communication. It’s taken a long time to sort the deeds but understood this was a land registry issue and was kept well informed.

100% would recommend Emma!
From the get go Emma was always updating me on the progress, reassuring me throughout and letting me know exact dates on how long each thing would be and gave exact time scales. She was so kind and polite throughout it all and nothing was ever too much for her.
She would always pick up the phone and I felt really confident leaving my remortgage in the hands of Emma.
Can’t wait to use Emma again in the future for hopefully more house purchases.
