An exceptional service from start to finish
Emma is without doubt the most competent Lawyer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She acted for me on my house sale and I couldn’t have wanted for anything more than what she gave.
Emma ensured all outstanding work was completed in a timely manner and not only that, she is thorough and incredibly knowledgeable.
Emma’s work ethic is nothing less than outstanding, I was treated like I was the only client she was acting for, she always had time to talk to me, respond to emails and never delayed in contacting me to ensure a smooth process.
Without Emma, this would have been hands down the most stressful sale, but Emma was always happy to take some time to put my worries to rest.
CTT Law is truly lucky to have someone such as Emma onboard their team, what a breath of fresh air in such a stagnant industry.

Generally an efficient process
Overall the process of conveyancing was fairly easy. Emma was good at communicating the process and in following up on a lengthy process due to delays in the a distant part of the chain. Used CTT Law as the property in question was held by a trust that involved CTTC Ltd and it appeared easier to use closely related organisations.

Easy experience overall
Recommended to use CTT Law as property was in trust. The conveyancing process was efficient and trouble free. Unfortunately the whole process took six months due to delays in the chain of sale which we at the end could do very little about. Emma at CTT Law acted professionally and effectively.

Excellent, empathetic service
Emma was very persistent in her efforts in supporting a tricky move. The difficulty was caused by issues outside our control and these were dealt with tenaciously and professionally.
