After dealing with Richard for close on three years I found him to be both professional and friendly. The rating would have been five stars but for there were occasions when I felt I had to chase some items of my claim. This was just a minor issue and knowing that other cases are being dealt with apart from mine this was in a way to be expected.
After my dealings with Richard I would have no issue with recommending him.

Outstanding service
I had originally approached another firm regarding my case who completely dismissed it and caused me a significant amount of distress because of the nature of medical negligence. I was recommended Richard via a friend of a friend. He has genuinely been brilliant - he completely validated my experience, which was highly important to me and took the case on. It is evident that the successful outcome is down to Richard's diligence, attention to detail and realistic expectations, as well as his colleagues who were incredibly thorough in their approach. They have all been highly professional and respectful, and kept me notified throughout. I am truly thankful for the compassionate way they handled my case. I still cannot believe that the outcome was successful and that is down to Richard and his colleague's experience, knowledge and conscientious approach.

Brilliant service
I used these solicitors when i had a serious accident at work they worked with us for 5 years Richard Teare was our solicitor he went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable during the whole time he was representing me i would 1000 percent use Richard again and 1000 percent recommend him

Support at a confusing time
Having had a serious bike accident I enquired of this company what my rights would be. They were instantly positive and pursued my case assiduously, at the same time as supporting and encouraging me during my recovery. I really appreciated the friendly attitude and success in fighting my cause.
