Terena’s role is to oversee and carry out all aspects of residential conveyancing. Experience Terena is an experienced Chartered Legal Executive advising clients on a broad range of residential property transactions, from sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership purchases. With over 25 years experience, she has gained expertise in more complex matters including overage provisions, lease extensions, staircasing and title reconstructions. Career Prior to joining Alsters Kelley, in her two previous roles Terena was the head of branch for residential property teams. Hobbies Outside of work, Terena enjoys quality time with her family, and is an avid reader of fiction and non-fiction books. Terena also loves a good quiz!
