At a somewhat advanced age and with an unblemished reputation and having no police/criminal records at all, I found myself facing criminal proceedings. At this devastating worrying time for both me and my family, the service and care I received from Mr Simon Simmons was second to none. I was impressed and encouraged by his quiet professionalism. This continued on the day of the trial. His instruction to barrister Mr Gareth Bellis was effective in leading to a successful defence hearing which was conducted in a robust calm manner, and throughout which I was constantly kept apprised of the proceedings. My sincere thanks go to Mr Simmons and Mr Bellis.
