Have just sold our friends house (we are her executors) - but for us it was complicated and at a distance and very unfamiliar territory. Dealing with my late uncle's affairs
I was kept informed at every step of the process and any questions that I had were quickly dealt with. I certainly wouldn't have been able to sort out the affairs of my late uncle myself.

There was so many questions we could not answer, although we were the sellers of the property we were not the owner and only had a limited knowledge of the property. If the owner had been a live he wasn't well enough to understand what was going on. The questionnaires should have had questions that the executors might have been able to answer.
