Coming out a volitle situation. Nabeela, placed me at ease and gave an assurance that she would try her best to help. Her professionalism and listening skills were top notch. She showed empathy but yet there was a determination for my case and my voice to be heard. I was so glad that I was referred to her. Nabeela did exactly what she said she would, responded in a prompt manner and gave reassurances when the time for decision-making seemed long. I was successful in my application thanks to her. A million thank yous' will never be enough but I am so grateful to her and the team.
