Zain Akhtar is a Trainee Solicitor currently in the Dispute Resolution Team based at our Waterfront office. He joined Talbots in June 2022 as a Corporate & Commercial Paralegal before starting his rotational training contract in October 2023. Zain’s first seat was in the Corporate & Commercial department, followed by a seat in the Commercial Litigation team based in Wolverhampton. He currently sits in our Property Litigation team at the Stourbridge office. After completing his LLB Law degree at the University of Leeds, Zain went on to complete his LPC and MSc in Law Business and Management at the University of Law. Prior to joining Talbots, he worked at a local firm in Perry Barr, Birmingham as a paralegal with experience in Trust & Estates, Residential Conveyancing, and Commercial Property. Zain also completed a vacation scheme at Addleshaw Goddard LLP during his undergraduate studies in Leeds working in the Corporate and Real Estate departments.

About Zain Akhtar

Went to see Zain after buying a car that up on me 4 months after purchase, was told by the seller (Evans halshaw) it would be £12,000 for a new engine using them, Zain looked through all the details and after a few letters to the seller he got me practically a full refund with ease.
Easy to talk to very good communication throughout and got the outcome I needed.
