Matrimonial matters
I have been using Pepperells for the last 12 years and have had my ups and downs but have been looked after by stuart parker and brooke rimmer and and many of his staff and have had kindness throughout and those are the things you don't forget in life just want to thank everybody who dealt with my case got there in the end 😊 xxxx thankyou x

This review is in relation to my experience with Penny
My first face-to-face encounter with Penny was when I met with Stuart and Penny at the beginning of my case, Penny was very thorough in note-taking during this meeting which was very helpful going forward as Penny was able to refer back to her notes and refresh my memory regularly. I was open and honest about my additional needs and Penny didn't treat me any less in fact I would say this worked to my advantage as Penny would explain things in a way in which I could understand or put something into written form for me to understand better or digest things more easily. I feel Penny was always open and honest with me throughout my case even with challenging situations she remained calm, professional and focused with the case. I do not recall a single time when Penny's professionalism was questioned by me. Penny was more than qualified to represent me in my second hearing and in court she was polite, assertive, calm, professional and client centered. Post second hearing Penny was very clear in the options going forward and the costs involved were regularly communicated to me in written and verbal form. Pre-third hearing I was to be represented by Stuart and our pre-court meeting went very well in my opinion, Penny was also in attendance. Again Penny was thorough in taking notes and after the meeting, she updated me regularly about the application and also called kept a constant dialogue open going right up to the court date itself. On the day of the third hearing, which was an all-day hearing Penny explained at the court that Stuart was unwell and could not attend court and she advised me on the best course of action in this scenario. The firm was not able to send anyone and Penny stayed with me throughout that day. Even though Penny was not qualified and experienced enough to represent me with this type of hearing, by her own admission, Penny was able to give sound advice when called upon. Penny was also able to show strength whilst dealing with the Judge on that Particular day. I would definitely use Penny again and if I was to judge Stuart on our interactions alone I would also recommend him, I wish that I had been able to receive a fair representation but this was not possible and not due to anything Penny or Stuart did or didn't do. Penny called me the day after the hearing to check that I understood what had happened. Penny also provided me with a copy of the relevant documentation after the hearing. Penny also communicated with me regarding a refund due to myself, which was paid promptly. Penny also provided me with advice a month after the hearing regarding matters relating to the Judge.
