as the time from my wife's death, probate and financial account took longer than i thought a more accurate timetable which is updated regularly would be useful

In what was a difficult winding up of the estate of a close friend who died in Bristol, some 250 miles away from where we live, Barkan Kirby, handled the protracted winding up of the estate and the sale of the property with skill.
At all times the two solicitors involved in the winding up, acted with speed and certainty. We had to wait a long time for the Coroner to issue a death certificate, which hindered things to a certain extent, but the sale of the property, although in a much wanted part of Bristol proved difficult.
All three of us executors were very grateful for the skill and patience of our principal lawyer.

My father's estate was administered by Ali Gill and Pauline Morgan at the Bedminster branch. They were thorough and competent at all times, including when working from home in lockdown.

Communication was prompt, clear and sensitive and I am extremely happy with the way everything was handled. My brother and I had initially considered other firms but we are very glad that we chose Ali at Barcan and Kirby.
