Amazing help
I was so nervous about the process I had to go through. Heather was very supportive and explained everything for me as it was happening. Communication was brilliant I was kept well informed through out. I felt like I was being taken care of by the best without any doubts. My experience with heather has been amazing and I would highly recommend her and morecrofts. Thank you so much for helping me out of the darkness my life has changed fir the better and its thanks to you for helping lead the way.

Fantastic with my family matter
When our lives were turned upside down, I was referred by a work colleague to Morecrofts solicitors and was almost immediately contacted by Heather. We spoke at great length and Heather made me feel at ease, I was able to open up and Heather and I spoke for a considerable amount of time. Heather really got to know me and was there for me at the drop of a hat. It was quite a lengthy case however Heather continuously kept me informed and I felt she always made time to ensure I was fully updated, even if it meant working later on occasion to support my schedule. If I had an issue to raise with the local authority then Heather was straight on it; if it was something that only I could do, Heather was always there with excellent advice on how to approach the situation. Overall absolutely fantastic service from Heather. Hopefully I never need to use her services again but if I do, I will 100% be returning to her. Thankyou so much for everything you have done for my family, we are all eternally grateful.

Couldnt of ask for better rep to help towards my case against SS helped me alot and advised correctly was a good support to have and always reminded me was only phone call away if needed anything had great banter but remained professional at all times would recommend and if any future cases decide to creep up then i know who to contact again thank you for everything and all the best
