A good experience from a bad time
Knowing nothing about the legal side of things I went into my claim wondering what I was getting myself into but after speaking to Marc and other members of his team my mind was quickly put at ease I was guided through the whole process and was reassured all the way i was never told anything that didn’t happen and come out of the process very satisfied

Personal Injury Claim
Marc Folgate and his team have been amazing. They have all been so kind, supportive and understanding and I have felt very cared for throughout the 4 years of my complicated case. Something I never expected from a law team.
Apart from obviously everyone’s knowledge and experience, I could not have coped with this journey without Marc and his team.
I was under no illusions how tough it would be, but without all their (and I want to say almost family care) , and their belief in me, I don’t think I would have got to the end.

Cycle accident injury claim
I was fortunate to be recommended to Folgate Legal after a serious accident when a new bicycle’s handlebars detached. They took on my claim against both cycle shop and manufacturers and obtained a highly satisfactory settlement within a short space of time, with a minimum of fuss.
