Service was excellent in solving a matter regards boundary of property where next door neighbour said it was ours . On showing land registry she would not accept the boundary. It was her property

Karen represented me in a property case and she was simply amazing. I was impressed by her professional and thorough approach - she left no stone unturned as she worked tirelessly on my property case uncovering, removing and negotiating contract clauses that were not in my best interest. The solicitors on the other side were clearly taken aback by Karen's professional tenacity and her superior legal knowledge. Swift, professional, caring, well informed and reasonably priced.
When I found myself feeling out of my depth and nervous with a tricky residential property boundary issue Karen the Partner at Feakes and Co. was the voice of calm, reason and quick to gather the facts and dispatch correspondence on my behalf. I had lost a few nights sleep before speaking with Karen and felt relieved once the situation was resolved. Michael Feakes has also helped me before on some contractual requirements and again was well informed, kind, friendly, straight forward and reasonably priced. I recommend Feakes and Co for their integrity, professionalism and being welcoming and helpful
