Helen Warren is a family law solicitor specialising in matrimonial matters. Helen has over 22 years’ experience in family law and has advised clients on divorce and separation, cohabitation disputes, dissolution of civil partnerships, pre- and post- nuptial agreements, as well as issues of domestic violence. Helen has past experience as a Partner at a previous firm. Due to Helen’s extensive history with matrimonial work, Helen has supported clients with financial matters involving: property, pensions, business assets, inherited wealth, and issues of non-disclosure and non-compliance at court. In addition, Helen has represented clients in sensitive children’s law cases relating to relocation, abduction and child arrangement disputes.
